We have a full range of Pilates Mat Classes for all abilities, some of which use small props including soft balls, bands and small hand weights.

Our Class Levels

Level 1
Gentle Pilates - great for balance and strength. Osteoporosis safe, suitable for all.

Level 2
Flowing Pilates - an all round, whole body workout designed to establish and improve upon core stability, strength and flexibility. Ideal if you're injury free and healthy.

Level 3
Athletic Pilates - these intermediate to advanced classes challenge core stability and strength and introduce trickier moves. Experience recommended
